- Technical Scope: Our service is limited to providing the software “bridge” (redirection and technical introduction).
- Regulatory Status: WavenetPro is a Technology Service Provider. We do not operate as a bank, payment processor, or money transmitter.
- The “No-Wallet” Rule: We do not offer digital wallets. At no point does WavenetPro assume custody, possession, or control of your transaction funds or settlement capital.
2. User Obligations & Compliance
To maintain the integrity of the WavenetPro ecosystem, you agree to:
- Business Legality: Ensure your business model complies with the laws of your operating jurisdiction.
- Prohibited Content: Not use our bridge for illegal goods, counterfeit items, or unauthorized financial services.
- Integration Accuracy: Provide truthful business documentation for the purpose of matching you with an authorized third-party gateway.
3. Professional Service Fees (Modular Pricing)
WavenetPro operates on a fee-for-service model for our aggregation technology.
- Bespoke Quotes: Due to the fluid nature of global gateway rates, our service fees are customized.
- Delivery of Service: Once WavenetPro facilitates the technical connection or “handshake” between your platform and the third-party gateway, the service is deemed fully rendered.
- Payment Terms: Service fees are non-refundable once the technical bridge is live or the introduction is completed.
4. Liability & Third-Party Boundaries
- Gateway Performance: WavenetPro is not responsible for the approval/rejection decisions, transaction failures, or settlement delays caused by the third-party gateway providers.
- Data Transit: While we ensure the “Flow-Link” is encrypted, the final security of the transaction environment is governed by the PCI-DSS protocols of the chosen third-party gateway.
- Uptime: We strive for 99.9% availability of our hub; however, we are not liable for outages caused by external telecommunications failures or third-party server issues.
5. Termination of Flow
WavenetPro reserves the right to terminate your access to the bridge immediately if:
- You breach these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
- Your business is flagged for fraudulent activity by a third-party gateway.
- You attempt to bypass our technical security or “Data Silo” architecture.
6. Governance
These terms are governed by the laws of regulations. Any disputes arising from the technical services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
