Cancellation Policy

At WavenetPro, we prioritize the fluidity of your business operations. Our cancellation policy is built on the principle of “Service Activation Clarity.” Please review our terms regarding the cessation of our “Flow-Link” aggregation services.

1. Service Fee Structure

WavenetPro charges a professional fee for the technical architecture, vetting, and bridging required to connect your business to authorized third-party gateways.

  • Activation Point: Our service is considered delivered once the technical “Flow-Link” (redirection or API handshake) has been established or the formal introduction to the gateway provider has been facilitated.
  • Non-Refundability: Because the value of our service lies in the intellectual property and technical routing provided, service fees are non-refundable once the activation point has been reached.

2. Pre-Activation Cancellation

If you have initiated a project but the “Flow-Link” has not yet been technically deployed:

  • Window: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of the initial service agreement.
  • Refund: A full refund of the service fee will be issued, minus a 15% Administrative & Technical Vetting Fee to cover the labor already expended on your account’s initial audit.

3. Subscription & Ongoing Maintenance

If your project includes ongoing “Bridge Maintenance” or “Flow-Link Monitoring”:

  • Notice Period: You may cancel recurring technical support by providing 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Access Cessation: Upon cancellation of maintenance, the specialized WavenetPro “Secure Bridge” may be deactivated, and the technical redirection to the third-party gateway will be severed.

4. Third-Party Decisions

WavenetPro acts as the bridge, not the bank.

  • If a third-party gateway provider terminates your account or rejects your business model after our bridge has been built, WavenetPro is not liable for a refund of our service fees.
  • Our role is the successful delivery of the technical connection; the ongoing relationship with the gateway is subject to their independent terms.

5. How to Request Cancellation

All requests must be submitted in writing to our Flow-Support Team at support@wavenetpro.online. Please include your Project ID and Business Registration details for verification.
